- Dr. Bhavesh Vora is a Consultant at the Nephrology department at the Breach Candy Hospital and Research Centre.
- Dr. Bhavesh Vora graduated from Lokmanya Tilak Medical College and Sion Hospitals, University of Mumbai in 1991 and was a recipient of the Merit Scholarship award 1991-93. He completed his MD (General Medicine) from the Grant Medical College and Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals in 1994 followed by DNB (Nephrology) in 1996 from Jaslok Hospital and research centre, Mumbai with honours.
- Dr. Bhavesh Vora has wide experience in management of complex, sick patients especially in the ICUs. He manages routine and referred nephrology cases including acute kidney disease, chronic kidney disease, live related renal transplant, ABO Incompatible transplant, cadaver transplant. He is well versed in the procedure of haemodialysis, CRRT, peritoneal dialysis, Plasmapheresis, and renal biopsies. He is an expert in managing difficult to control Hypertension.He has treated many VIP patients including many of the Chief Ministers of the country.
- He has actively helped in establishing a Cardiac transplant program at a prestigious hospital in Mumbai.
- As a clinical fellow at the Renal Unit, Manchester Royal Infirmary, UK he participated in the multi organ retrieval for the purpose of cadaver transplant.
- Dr. Vora has been a part of many prestigious hospitals in the city and is a member of Indian society of Nephrologists and Indian society of Organ transplantation.
